WORK RESUMES ON IJOKA ROAD DUALISATION
Work has officially resumed on the dualisation of Ijoka Road in Akure following a recent review of the project contract.
The contractor has now remobilised to site and restarted full operations.
Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, during a recent engagement with residents of Akure, reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to timely delivery of the project.
He assured the public that the dualisation will be accelerated and completed within the next few months.
The resumed activity marks a significant step toward improving road infrastructure and easing traffic flow along the busy Ijoka corridor.
